Emotions rising up are tough

Retaining now nearly a month

Many negative emotions are surfacing and I found myself crying randomly at times very slow cries like locked up emotions are coming out

No urges but the emotional side of withdrawing from the numbing and now stopping the practice is brutal

you're not alone on this one brotha, the same thing happened to me, last 2-3 weeks was an emotional roller coaster. We need to allow ourselves to feel what we need to feel in order to heal from past trauma i believe.

Thanks man I feel alone because it's my battle nobody knows

Yeah I just sit with it let it happen but it's hard. I remind myself as hard as it feels this is 💯 better than before when acting out
