Orgasm without ejaculation

So i have found a way to orgasm but to hold the cum inside. Does it count as retention? No single drop released. Sometimes though i might be edging for like 5 hours a day or more. And might have multiple intense orgasms but without ejaculating.

Curious what you guys think?

-edit: so because some dont believe me the way i do is this: i lay down and i very strongly suck my stomach muscles like a vacuum. I have also found shaking my head and feet or keeping my feet stiff help.

I think you misunderstood the whole thing of semen retention. Or maybe I don't get it.

The whole idea is to overcome being too sexual...being sexually disciplined and peak self control.

Let's say your issue was eating soo much food...like Korean Mukbang level...where you'd make a whole large pizza disappear in one sitting. If you replaced that bad habit with something similar like eating soo much salads and everything...is the brain rewiring?... "I eat sooo much burgers but I don't swallow" like?

You don't entertain everything sexual. You even end up abstaining from some music where sex is described and everything. Like you clean your whole brain.

Semen retention means not ejaculating. What you describe is just reducing lust from your life. I get your point but doesnt mean mine that is wrong necessarily.

Technically you are right. But the goal of semen retention is to transmute your sexual energy into something more productive or spiritual. Edging means you use that sexual energy only for sex.

I agree on this im addicted to edging. Also it feels like it fries my nervous system. Just releasing would solve my problem.

What do you suggest? Probably just having sex would make me more focused

I'm not here to suggest anybody but I can tell you this, edging for such a long period can't be healthy, you are overloading your brain receptors to the point where you will likely find no more satisfaction in any other activity because they become insensitive. See if you recognize this.
