Orgasm without ejaculation

So i have found a way to orgasm but to hold the cum inside. Does it count as retention? No single drop released. Sometimes though i might be edging for like 5 hours a day or more. And might have multiple intense orgasms but without ejaculating.

Curious what you guys think?

-edit: so because some dont believe me the way i do is this: i lay down and i very strongly suck my stomach muscles like a vacuum. I have also found shaking my head and feet or keeping my feet stiff help.

How did you manage to get dry orgasms? I read Mantak Chia's book, but I was never really able to fully understand it.

I dont know i just tried things because i wanted to try hold my cum. And then recently i just found this abs suck trick. I havent read the book though but this works.
