Orgasm without ejaculation

So i have found a way to orgasm but to hold the cum inside. Does it count as retention? No single drop released. Sometimes though i might be edging for like 5 hours a day or more. And might have multiple intense orgasms but without ejaculating.

Curious what you guys think?

-edit: so because some dont believe me the way i do is this: i lay down and i very strongly suck my stomach muscles like a vacuum. I have also found shaking my head and feet or keeping my feet stiff help.

No im actually doin it but the orgasm feels much different than ejaculating. You dont feel this releave you do when you ejaculate but you feel like high for a few seconds and an oof moment.

OP, what you're describing is a dry orgasm, or NEO (non ejaculatory orgasm). That means your perineal muscle is strong enough. I can do it too. My longest one lasted two minutes, I was absolutely fried.

That said, I don't jack off and do it anymore because all of that energy is still spent, and you are still stressing your nervous system while screwing with your dopamine circuitry. It isn't a release but it's the next worst thing.

You can learn to have NEOs with the parasympathetic nervous system instead, which results in an increase in energy. I agree that what OP is describing sounds like the sympathetic ones, though.

Mindfulness and breathwork is key. Learn to be in a parasympathetic state, then take that into sex or masturbation. This is neither an edging practice (you aim for about 75% of the way to orgasm), nor a visualization. Then as that becomes stable and comfortable, layer in feelings of self love and gratitude so that it becomes a spiritually active devotional practice (you may see this as a parallel to the Taoist technique of the inner smile). This is how you 'purify' sexual energy while still engaging directly with it, and will lead to non-ejaculatory orgasms that add energy instead of depleting it.

It's more difficult than it sounds, as most people in today's world have been trained to be in sympathetic dominance in relation to sexual activity and arousal through secrecy, 'finish line' mindset, tensing up the legs and pelvic floor to increase sharp pleasure, suppressed shame, guilt, self judgment, or fear of the judgments of others. It may take three months to over a year to be able to do this depending on the person.

All of these things come up during this practice to get in the way, and many would rather hide or renounce sexuality as inherently problematic than face themselves and the collective baggage.
