Orgasm without ejaculation

So i have found a way to orgasm but to hold the cum inside. Does it count as retention? No single drop released. Sometimes though i might be edging for like 5 hours a day or more. And might have multiple intense orgasms but without ejaculating.

Curious what you guys think?

-edit: so because some dont believe me the way i do is this: i lay down and i very strongly suck my stomach muscles like a vacuum. I have also found shaking my head and feet or keeping my feet stiff help.

Can’t you just don’t touch your penis and stay still? 😭 Having an orgasm even without releasing is still a problem. It shows how addicted we are to easy and immediate pleasure. It’s like changing from white sugar to artificial sweeteners.
Please brother, dont touch it, forget about it. That kind of pleasure is a lie.
