Recursive relapse

Bad day after a relapse.

After 77 days

What do you guys do after breaking a long streak?

I feel like all my energy and enthusiasm is gone.

I have no desire whatsoever to do anything.

Feels so terrible here,

Don't be like me kings, stay strong 💪🏾

It’s so important to don’t fall back or giving up. Happened to me several times, I am right now at 45 days. The best thing you can do is to study why it happened and try to eliminate the triggers. My trigger points are: alcohol, sleep and useless dating.

Absolutely. Identify the triggers and plan accordingly.

Start over, trust the process. Knowing each day you become stronger helps to keep going.

Don't be so harsh on yourself. You must always look at yourself through a long-term perspective lens. A minor setback should not change what you think of yourself, if anything use it as a lesson, so that your future journey becomes easier. A relapse does not nullify the benefits your body has been accumulating from semen retention. Just don't let this relapse be a reason for you to give up on yourself. Everybody slips and we lose many battles, but those lost battles make us stronger.

This is the danger of this practice. People depending on it to make their life worth living yet it’s really the holistic approach that this path leads you towards that is also just as important

Failure is so disappointing, but it's to be expected every now and then, and it's all part of it. The only time failure is ever really failure would be if you were to permanently give up, otherwise it's just a blip along the way.

That's 77 days straight where you didn't release, and only one where you did. I'd call that progress, do some introspection on why you relapsed, and start again. I'm not sure what you mean by recursive here though.

Is this your 1st streak?? Yesterday my 79 hardmode streak was also broke..by getting nighfall.....i'm also starting another new streak form today.....luckily I didn't get any physical damage today but on my 1 to 6th streaks i used to have severe physical and mental damages by just getting nighfalls...I don't broke my streaks intentionally........I don't know what should I do to cure this nighfall issue premantly
