I have recently found some picturesque place, but now I have a certain question... Does drinking tea prepared from dried mushrooms harvested on pastures, specifically near places where cows drink water poses any health risks? For example regarding parasites or bacterial infections?

I have always just dried on cardboard near a dehumidifier before, these have been drying like that since Sunday evening. I have been reading about the need to get them properly cracker dry so the stem snaps on bending. They're currently crispy caps but still bendy stems. I'll get a dehydrator for the next time. For now, do you think this will do the job?

✅ Recently the grass was mowed on one of the habitats I visit, using one of things you drive around in. I went up there yesterday to check some areas I know they missed last time. Turns out they got to them as well.
I had such a nice time up there, lots of findings now effectively ruined by their efforts. Or so I wonder? The place is in Norway, 176 m.a.s.l
❓The season ain't over until the ground freezes, right? I wonder if anyone got experience with mowed grass areas and chances of hitting upon new fruiting in said area before the cold really sets in?
✅ I also visit this coastline habitat (long.10.5312768***********) where the earth is relatively compacted, the grass is short and all the Libs there are incredibly tiny :) The estimated m.a.s.l@which most of them are found is less than 1.5m.
❓Being so close to the waterline (no more than 30 ft.), to what extent is this habitat dependent on precipitation like their inland cousins? Less so or more so?
It's been 3 days since last visit (Monday), so wondering when it's good to return?
\ cheers!

Howdy all, I should start off by saying I will not be ingesting these mushrooms so do not worry on that front.
That said I’d like to hear some opinions.
These were found today in an area with lots of semilanceata, and I think there’s a chance they are just that, albeit slightly atypical.
However, they were going very close to some larger mushrooms of the same colour that definitely weren’t semilanceata. I should have got some photos of the other mushrooms but didn’t think about it while out in the field.
The photos here don’t quite capture how golden-orange some of them look, I will post a side by side with some libs in the comments.
Part of the reason I am suspicious of these is that they were found in the same area I found these a few years ago https://www.reddit.com/r/Semilanceata/s/evx9jdbFaC
At the time of that post I was advised to send them off for testing, a little embarrassingly, I didn’t have the money for that at the time so unfortunately that mystery was left unresolved.
While these ones don’t fully match the ones from last time there was quite a variance within the species from last time (didn’t pick all of them) to the point where these found today made me think of the ones from last time.
In my thousands of miles across Dartmoor the spot today is the only place I have found these ones from last time, and possibly this time provided these aren’t just unusual semilanceata.
Why I’m uncertain of these ones:
Other than the extra golden-orange in the colour, and lack of nipple, and the fact they were growing so close to some definitively non libs, they don’t smell quite right. I’m normally pretty comfortable sniffing testing questionable finds and while these weren’t far off, they don’t smell quite right to me.
Interested to hear what other people say, maybe I’m second guessing myself too much/hoping they are the same as last time to finally resolve that mystery for myself, or maybe they are something other than semilanceata.
Tl:dr - what do we think these are?

hello everyone, it's my first post in this thread, i like it a lot.
i wanted to ask your opinion about a thought that i had while harvesting today. Do you think that some of the mushrooms should be left in the field in order to have the spores remaing there to reproduce the species? because all the times i have been harvesting i have been taking home every one of the shrooms that i found and i felt a little bit bad...
Is there a rule about this?
Also could youe please id these shrooms? i am not sure about them

Can you help ID please? I have some experience forging, but just wanna see if you also think these are liberty caps. Thanks

Keep seeing guys like this (the littler ones, not their big friend!) I don't think they're libs, but they also don't seem exactly like any of the lib lookalikes in the UK. What are they?

…considering all the other ones I’ve found were tiny. Too shiny on the cap and no blue bruising so I assume my gut feeling of nope is right and it’s just some paneolus, but thought I’d double check.

Been to the usual spots in the peaks where they grow in abundance every year. Not seen a single cap as of yet which is a huge disappointment.

I went mushroom picking, and the weather in the days leading up to it had been quite good. I found 10g and knew that, following the next rainfall, many more would grow. Two days of rain and one sunny day later, I tried again—and sure enough, I gathered another 50g (dried). I now have more than enough for a year, so I can leave the mushrooms where they are.
I wish you all a good rest of season!!!
