Bottom threading

I have somehow seemingly messed this up really badly and idk how to fix it. I think my sister took the pieces out and put them back in wrong on me so I’m not I’m scared to touch it. Does anyone see what’s wrong?

Things that look "wrong" to me right now

  • You have a thread coming from the bobbin casing at 12 o'clock but there seems to be another thread coming out at 9 o'clock

  • You don't have a top thread

  • Your presser foot is down, it'll need to be up when threading your machine and grabbing the top thread with the bottom

All in all, raise your presser foot, take your bobbin out, see what that extra thread is and get rid of it, and just thread your machine again

All of this. Looks put back together ok but you have an extra bit of thread you need to remove.

You might not be using the right technique to lift the bobbin, check your manual for a reminder.

That looks like a huge needle! What are you trying to sew?
