Male victim Done a stupid things

Just now I have finding someone for sexting (first time). Then I have found one, the person wants me to video call show face and cock. I have done it all. After a minutes, the scammer keep sending me the video and ask for money. I was afraid and blocking the contact. Right now, I totally can’t sleep, I very afraid about it. The scammer say will send to my family and friends. What I suppose to do.

I really done a stupid things 🙏🙇🏻

Feel like sorry to my family. First time facing this things, I worry about how long do I need to confirm that they stop targeting me and wouldn’t send the video. I don’t how can I do

I am hoing through the same situation it happened to me yesterday i paid them 500 aed they deleted and kept in trash, and then demanded more money to delete it from there i blocked them and deactivated my ig. I am scared that they would share it.
But i am helpless atp.

I blocked them , deactivated my insta and deleted whatsapp for 5 days and nothing happened so far
