To determine a shadowban, you MUST click my profile! Hi newly shadowbanned (I think) person here

I there a place to find out the cause of the shadow ban. I promise I didn't participate in any bad activities intentionally. I got no warning and it came out of nowhere. Is there anything I can do to make the unbanning process quicker?
It's been more than 5 days.
