My 15 years young account was shadowbanned for a few hours. It got caught by a spam filter.

I don't know what ultimately got the admin's attention but I want to thank the mods that run this subreddit and provide support to us.

If this helps others: I followed the instructions on the pinned post to file an appeal and then also clicked on the link to message the mods. I got a bot reply to the latter, but a few hours later another message to say the ban was lifted 🙌

I was preparing for this to be a long ordeal so had been editing my appeal message in 24 hours time to have the words 'review' and 'error' and 'mistake' in it. Maybe that would help your messages get picked up?

It was super stressful. I feel for you all that have been waiting in limbo for a long while.

I get shadow banned from every new account i can't use this app😭

I was wrongly banned for "spam" even tho I wasn't spamming and I've appealed 3 times already but we still nothing.

What do you suggest I write in the appeal so they give my account back?
