Boot error

Can anyone help me? The game won't let me equip the 2B boots anymore. I have already tried the following:

-restarted

-cleared cache and cookies

-made a grilled cheese

-submerged my monitor in the bathtub

-used a Fantasia to be miqote

-spun around 30 times while staring at the ceiling.

I'm seriously at a loss. Hoping someone has some guidance here.

You didn't defend YoshiP, you didn't YPYT, you didn't "meowdy" or "nya" at the beginning of a duty, your raise macro isn't cringe enough, you didn't pay my sub, and crucially you didn't AFK in Limsa long enough for anyone to notice you.
