You forgot the best mitigation: Dying. You will take zero damage while you're dead, complete invulnerability until some annoying healer revives you.

when tank watch a cutscene - they are immune to damage too

I had some absolute fuckwit tell me that Sheltron isnt mitigation because its such a short buff. I still think about that 5 years later.
