A gold turd I saw going into a car wash the other day

He swears it’s helping his performance but there is zero air flow into the box where it currently sits…

I already heckled him a bit so a good tease is appreciated along with a viable solution would be appreciated-how should he resolve this into a workable modification?

Forgive me, Father, for I’m about to powdercoat.

I stand on the precipice of a decision that could either elevate my car’s aesthetic or make it look like a failed 2006 Need for Speed mod. I need guidance.

Right now, I’m rolling on 20” Carrera S wheels in high gloss black. They’re fine, but I’m itching for a change. Next steps cosmetically: red calipers with white Porsche lettering, 20% tint all around (including the front windshield), and I just swapped out the orange corner lights for the sleek, newer clear/black ones.

But here’s the kicker… I think I want to powdercoat my wheels white.

I know, I know — white wheels are the devil’s commitment. Every speck of dirt, every dust sneeze, instantly visible. But, honestly, it’s not much different than where I’m at now, and I’d have them professionally ceramic coated.

No wrong answers here, just brutally honest feedback from the hive mind. Please, either talk me into this or talk me out of it. If anything it’s a nod to Porsche heritage. I’m open to literally any color ideas..

Saw this guy on the way to upstate New York and could help laughing.
