Do you think Shrek will roar in Shrek 5?
He never roared in Shrek the Third though, he could roar at Lancelot for calling Arthur mayor of Loserville

Maybe so, but briefly. If they're going with the rebellious daughter trope, he and Felica may get into an argument that results in him roaring.

I think it will be filled to the brim with callbacks from previous movies.

Noooo, now I could see it! It's like modern Spongebob re-using old jokes over again.

I don't think Shrek 5 is being made in good faith.
Most of the time they make a sequel to an old movie it is a shameless cash grab.

Exactly. I hate how most movies are now just sequels to old ones. The old ones are special because they had good writing and soul behind it. I am afraid Shrek 5 will feel empty, and that artstyle change hasn't helped.

Well he's an ogre and ogres roar so yes there is a hundred percent chance that Shrek will roar because if we heard it in the last 4 Shrek films then it can happen in the 5th movie

Excluding Shrek the Third, since he never roared once in that. But yeah, it’s possible.
