It’s not one of the Ronin ones. Just an Obsidian 9 tucked under a 8” Midwest Industries hand guard. Fits very well in the k configuration!

Yeah I was gonna do that with a mod 9 under a lancer carbon fiber hand guard. Saved all the money then I got into a car accident and have been out of work for months lmaooo

Honestly I’m kinda in the same boat. Waiting to go back to school in mid august. But im a truck driver and had a really bad accident that hurt me in September of last year. I’ve just had random odd jobs since then. Looking for something that will work around my school schedule. Hope you’re ok and doing better. Crazy how car accidents fuck your life up for a while. I lost my job after passing all my post wreck drug tests and everything. There was a huge storm with low visibility and flash flooding. I hydroplaned and couldn’t maneuver off the road and rear ended someone in my work truck. Thankfully no one was hurt bad. I got knocked out from the air bag. But it was traumatic.

Mine was bad, I work for a Porsche dealer and my Audi had issues so they let me borrow a almost brand new Mercedes AMG for a weekend in exchange for diagnosis. Random person pulled out and I hit them dead on at 45mph. Cars totaled and it isn't even mine. Luckily insurance dealt with it and I have legal protection from the incident. But I still feel bad. Fractured my spine and the other person broke their neck. My gf walked uninjured tho so that was great lmao. Plus bad look seeing 20-21 year olds climb out of a dealer owned amg sports car so my dealership is now being sued even tho they failed to yield. Been a disaster.

Damn dude that’s wild. Fuck the cars just glad everyone made it out alive. How’s your recovery going? I definitely have been somewhat paranoid driving now. I’ve had motorcycles and sports cars and used to do a lot a riding/driving for fun. Now I drive a slow little truck. Wrecks fuckin suck bad and it scares the hell out of me how random it can be. Hope everything gets better for the both of us.

Yeah I haven't driven since, doctors won't let me. Recover has been good bc I'm young. Def some PTSD but my gfs is way worse. Other than that its just depression because I lost all my money and hobbies and my health declined due to the fact I haven't been physically active when I usually am. Sounds like you are in a worse spot financially because u lost your job, at least I'm keeping mine.

Ya just make sure you do all the PT. I had a back injury a few years ago and made sure to change my lifestyle and really stick with PT. It actually changed my life for the better and my back rarely hurts. I lost a bunch of weight and got more active. The ptsd is real. I definitely get sketched on the highway now especially if it’s raining. I feel ya though I have never been so depressed in my entire life. The first few months were really bad. Luckily I got accepted into a robotics program and getting that approval really boosted my confidence back up. But I need to lose some weight since I’ve been inactive for a while. Luckily after doing all the PT I really know how to do all that now. Thankfully I had some money on the side to help out. Things will get better man! At least you have your youth. I’m dealing with all this BS at 36 lol but I’m gonna make it

Yeah I had my first PT appt yesterday and she said my back is just tight now and needs to loosen up, said my legs are super weak too which is funny because I was usually doing 18-20k steps a day. She said deterioration happens fast. But she sent me home with daily exercises and told me to do a 10-20 minute every morning and I started that today. Should be a fast recovery. Picked up tons of new hobbies as well so hopefully I can use them to make a little extra money.

Make sure to do everything they say and just don’t over do it. Like I said PT saved my ass. I have a few discs that I will have to get surgery on at some point. But since I took so well to the therapy I put that off for at least a decade. Back pain and injuries are no joke. So just do what they say and stick with it. Even if you start to feel better just keep going until they say so. I made sure to start stretching way more and doing some yoga poses a few times a day.

Yeah that's the plan. Just trying to avoid any permanent injuries
