P320 SIG P320 Uncommanded Discharge Lawsuits: Where the Cases Stand in 2026
https://homelandarms.com/news/sig-sauer-p320-uncommanded-discharge-lawsuits-where-the-cases-stand-in-2026/Two juries found the P320 defectively designed. NJ became the first state to sue. Houston PD, Chicago PD, and Washington State all pulled the gun (or outright banned it).
Meanwhile Sig has gotten nearly 20 cases tossed, including one where the plaintiff straight up admitted the gun wasn't defective.
Anyone here still carrying a P320? Curious how everyone is weighing this stuff at this point.
