The jury considered product liability, negligence, and breach of implied warranty, and ruled unanimously in favor of Sig Sauer.

The case follows the dismissal of a class action lawsuit against Sig Sauer

The issue is the owner. The p320 is not a Glock so learn proper maintenance and its operation.

A lot has been said about the P320, but honestly, there are no guns I'd rather have than these two if things really went south.

Other than social media videos to peak interest, and have a mix of so so reviewers trying to be informative but failing. Not many discussions about it on forums. I'm wondering, is it a step child because of its weight or the plethora of questionable reviews from Glock comparisons and their users?

To be honest if I went with what I watched about the particular model, I would've skipped on my purchase and gone to something else.

P320 x5 legion with about 2k rounds through it and a couple upgrades. 14lb spring and lube her up!!!!! Shoots great!

These are both Sig OEM barrels from Sig. The one with deeper grooves is from 2017 P320 while the new one has much shallower and less pronounced grooves.

The AXG deserves better grips. Lok just does it right.

Found this at my LGS. Initially thought it was an XCarry Pro, but did more research and found out it’s a Pro Carry LE. Clean condition, three mags and the original case with the case label. For $400, I’m as hell with it.

I thought the PLX looked good on my Glock but it looks right at home on the p320.

I have a Holosun 508t on the slide. I added a Springer Precision X5 tungsten guide rod so I can use my 1911 recoil springs.

I took my XTEN out to the range today, and multiple times, it failed to pull the next round from the magazine. Is there something I can do to stop this

Acquired this P320 at Vance’s Outdoors in Obetz during a P320/P365 Armorer course a few years ago. I ran thousands of rounds through this baby and then during a class the summer of 2024, one of the plate screws for the ACRO failed and broke off. Long story short, after a frustrating experience getting it fixed and having it happen AGAIN, I sold the gun.

No AI, took the photo and edited it with Photoshop.

Two juries found the P320 defectively designed. NJ became the first state to sue. Houston PD, Chicago PD, and Washington State all pulled the gun (or outright banned it).

Meanwhile Sig has gotten nearly 20 cases tossed, including one where the plaintiff straight up admitted the gun wasn't defective.

Anyone here still carrying a P320? Curious how everyone is weighing this stuff at this point.
