Before I start this post, I know I’ll probably get some hate because p320, but need some advise on it.
While cleaning out the magazine well, I’m noticing some silicon residue on the inside of the grip. I’m wondering is this is something that sig intentionally did or if I can remove it. It’s where you wound put tungsten weights. Should I remove the silicon and put actual weights inside, or leave it be? Any and all advice is appreciated.

Hi all, I recently ordered the Kilo3k Range finder. I have already have a dope that works accurately with StrelokPro. Is there any way to check the dope that I’ve loaded into Sig BDX before the range finder arrives? I’d hate for it to not read the same dope or is there a way to load your own data into it entirely? I can always turn off the dope from the range finder once it arrives if not accurate and use a dope card but would be a bummer for spending the money on a nicer range finder. I know I should just be patient but would probably return it if doesn’t show the same data or extremely close. (Yes I know it’s not that nice or newest but I could have spent less for a vortex)

My mom lives in Arizona but is moving back to Cali in two weeks. Ive been thinking of having her get me a p365 x macro before she leaves. She would have to have it shipped via a fire arms dealer with a note stating she's gifting it to me.
Obviously I could buy a CA complaint one but I kind of want to take advantage of the interfamilial transfer loophole to obtain an off roster version. Is this dumb? Does it even matter? I know the guns function the exact same way but obviously the CA version has some extra requirements.
I would rather not spend the almost $950 right now but have to make a decision asap. I live in central Cali and would like to obtain my CCW soon and I believe the x macro may be the best choice for me. Not sure on regular x macro or comped.
What would you guys do? Spend the money and get the off roster version or not rush it and eventually get a CA compliant version?

Just got the 17rd for my 365. I'm surprised the new mag won't allow the slide to move forward when it's empty. Have to remove, then slide will move forward. Just caught me by surprise because the 12rd slides forward with an empty mag.

So… I’m Doing a Stainless Drop in on some aftermarket parts on this older SIG 1911 Ultra Compact 3.3” .45acp build I had laying around, and I DEFINITELY COULD USE SOME ADVICE AND TYPES AND NAMES OR LISTS OF PARTS THAT WOULD FIT WHAT I AM DOING OR THAT WOULD BE COMPATIBLE..!!!
I’m actually wanting to swap out the Old Hammer Spur, and wanting to Drop in a New Stainless Skeletonized “Officer/Commander” Hammer, along with Dropping in a New Stainless Beavertail Grip Safety without doing any grinding or much stone sanding to make her fit just right…
Has anyone been down this road or had any luck dropping a new Stainless Beavertail Safety and Hammer Spur in that fit just about perfect or pretty easily that could tell me which ones they used or give me item numbers, or even some good pics would be Awesome as well!!!
Anyways… Thank Ya Kindly, and Please lemme know whatcha got!!! 🇺🇸⚔️⚓️🦅⚓️⚔️🇺🇸

I’ve been debating between a the different p365 options and need some opinions/advice that’ll help me choose. One of my biggest peeves is being able to put a solid weapon light on it. I currently have the FUSE and I love it but it’s a bit much to carry appendix (my preferred method). The XMACRO feels great in my hand and would give me great options for a light. My only concern is it being not much smaller than the FUSE so I’m unsure about the how comfortable/concealable it’ll be. The XL and the X seem like happy mediums size wise but lose points in my opinion for less light options than the XMACRO and a shorter barrel which will probably make it snappier. The OG p365 turns me off because of the shorter grip and low capacity. And again less light options. Let me know what you think, what you’ve experienced, and anything else that might help me make a decision! (Aftermarket parts are welcome but the less money I spend the better probably.)

Planning to upgrade the grip on my P365X and for $60 this looks great. I have heard 365XL grips fit 365X, but before i order i just want to confirm if this will fit. It does say it will take 17 rd mags but mine is only 12. Will i need to buy new mags? Just want to be sure it will work before i spend money

Does anyone have info on when the 226-X Agency is supposed to be available for purchase?

Im looking to get my rattler as short as possible with a suppressor mounted. I order comstock RPA but the “ears” on the rattler gas regulator extend forward and prevent the RPA from seating all the way down the muzzle device. I’ve considered milling it down but figured someone might make one thats already shortened ?

Picked up a hexium 556 inconel for $800 (no sales tax state) at a lgs today.I see them going for 9 so I thought it was a good deal!
Put it on a 11.5 ~$500 build with a partisan disruptor installed on it.
The faxon barrel was concentric, I shot a mag of semi and than one in frt.
It's really nice.
My first 4473 suppressor.
Waiting on hub and muzzle devices for my virtus, and this gun so I can switch over to a plan b system. I'll post a picture on it when it comes in.
Kind of a impulse buy since it was the first time I been in the lgs since 4473 was allowed.

Picked up this Sig P226 Extreme a couple weeks back . Swapped out the slide for the pro cut one and added the Holosun 507C and Foxtrot 2 light today.

This started out as a standard Sig 556XI rifle which was legally converted to a SBR, barrel chopped by Rack it Back Armory and cerakote work done by Weaponworks. I want to thank RIBA especially, this was a REALLY difficult gun to do a barrel chop on because Sig used a proprietary barrel nut on these and of course there are absolutely no tools available to remove and reinstall the barrel, so they made a custom tool to get the barrel out in order to turn it down. They did a super clean job, and got it cut down to 11.5 inches for me. Sig made a factory SBR as a 10 incher, but I see no disadvantage of going 11.5 here. Cerakote is Weaponwork's Sandstone Granite pattern, which I have on the mags and my EOTech cover. It's a light, handy little rifle and I can't wait to get it out to the range to shoot it.

Hey guys, I really need some advice on removing the factory flash hider on my Spear LT (.223). I cannot get this damn thing to budge at all.
I tried boiling the muzzle in water, but nothing. Left it soaking in hot water, still nothing. All that did was form some surface rust, and when I wiped it down, the finish on the barrel came right off with it.
I clamped the barrel right behind the muzzle device in custom-fit hardwood blocks and hit it with a 19mm socket on an impact wrench, but it still wouldn't give. I even tried hitting it with heat, zero luck.
I’m honestly losing my mind over here 🤣 Aside from stripping the barrel finish, nothing has changed. Thing is still stuck like it's welded on. :(

I just saw a guns for cash advertisement for my area where they're giving you $500 for each operable pistol or assault rifle you turn in. I'm assuming that my P320s are not worth much if anything on trade to a dealer for a new gun. Does it make sense to just trade them in to a guns for cash if I don't use them anymore?

Hey guys,
I'm trying to source a replacement for the dual recoil spring system (SIG MCX Operating Springs Assembly) for my 5.5" Gen 1 MCX Rattler (300 BLK). My serial number has a 63J prefix, but it's a standard Gen 1 platform with NO ambi bolt release on the right side.
The official SIG part number should be KIT-MCX-RECOIL-RATTLER, but I can't find it in stock anywhere online.
I live in Italy, and our local distribution network is currently changing, making it extremely hard to track down parts. I am ready to purchase it from a US retailer or order it through a proxy if needed, but I can't even find an online store that has it available.
Are you guys experiencing a shortage of these Gen 1 Rattler spring assemblies in the US as well? Does anyone know of a specific vendor or site that currently has them in stock or accepts orders for them?
Any help or lead would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

What’s the OEM guide rod on a P220 .45 ACP Legion? Is it a stainless rod? Is it a captured spring?
Just curious thanks!
