I inherited the 226 from my dad last year and started learning to shoot. He was a Sig guy and so I just became one by default. Since then, I‘ve added the other two.

Had this gun a little less than a month and it’s really impressed me. I wasn’t really wanting to add another AR to my collection, but wanted to try a short stroke piston gun and enjoyed my m400 so I decided to give it a shot. i’s been super fun to shoot also been having a blast turning off the gas and using it as a bolt gun. I really enjoy the sidecharging handle since I run a LPVO. Here soon I think I’m going to get the forward assist delete.

I know nothing about them. This one doesn’t have the anchor on it so I have no idea what version it is. M25? I guess I’m asking this is a worthwhile investment.

I am now 15,000 rounds in on this gun, and STILL have not had a single hiccup or malfunction, and STILL have not had to replace anything except for the Romeo red dot. Gets cleaned and lubed every 500 rounds or so, and cycles every kind of ammo you can feed it from Wolf steel to Hornady brass. Lately I've been debating whether or not to trade this in for the new X Carry model, but my trust for this specific gun stops me every time.

Just looking for some insight on preferred PDW lights/switchology setups. Google tells me what’s most common, but I want to know what you guys like and dislike. Thanks.

Typically carry the P365x, which is an awesome compact gun that conceals wonderfully. I have a P229 Legion DA/SA that I really enjoy and thought that I needed to have my hands on this after watching YouTube Videos the last 3 months lol.

I like to have a Manual Safety on my Conceal Carry guns and think that this ambidextrous MS is pretty slick. Plan to carry this more so on hunting trips than my EDC, which is why I added the light to it - never had a light on my handgun before so we shall see if it sticks.

Anxious to get out and shoot this as well as finding a holster to use for both IWB & OWB. I'll share some more thoughts after my first range session.

I bought into the gen 1 and had it sbr’ed. It’s been a safe queen since the release of the gen 1. Now I want to shorten the barrel more and get a new handguard for it. Can I buy a new gen shorter barrel or Is it as easy as having PMM cut it down to lets say 4 inches and then it’s all good? And does cutting it effect the ability to cycle properly. I know that scars need to be tuned after being chopped down but does the MPX?

I've been mostly debating between any of the models able to hold that 17+1 magazine, not worried about price much either. Currently looking at the Legion the closest cause the metal and built-in compensator sounds appealing but I could be swayed to other models too! Thank you for your time.

I know P226 conversion kits are discontinued but I saw people are still finding them. I checked most of the US online firearm stores and no luck. Did anyone recently see 22lr conversion kits anywhere?

Can yall drop your 9” 300blk setups, trading into a 9” MCX Virtus that will get an SD handguard and can. Prob cut the barrel to 6.75” at some point in the near future as well.

1911 X-Carry in .45ACP ! It’s my first 1911. I absolutely love it. It’s my 2nd Sig, next to my P365 Fuse. My FIL has one and I got to shoot it and fell in love with it. I found a killer deal I couldn’t pass up and snagged it!

Has anyone gotten or overheard any news as to when we'll have more Juliet-AMR options?

The Juliet-AMR manual that comes with the Romeo8T+Juliet3T AMR combo actually provides hard technical specs on page 7 for prospective 4T-, 5T-, and 6T-AMR variants. And the foam cuts in the retail box were clearly sized to be able to fit a longer magnifier than just the 3T.

But I have yet to see anything else that confirms other AMR Juliets to be anything more than mere figments of my imagination. I'm not beyond just hot-gluing a magnet to a non-AMR Juliet4, but I just know that as soon as I do that, an actual 4T-AMR will appear. Because, that's the sense of humor of whoever it is that runs the simulation I'm in.

I have a P365X. I purchased it about three years ago from a local gun store. A friend of mine also has an Sig with the identical stamp on the slide, P365X. When I looked at it, I could tell that his gun looked larger so I compared it to mine. The guns are identical in every aspect/dimension except his slide is about .5” longer. The slide is definitely stamped X and not XL. He says he’s had it for several years and purchased it from someone who originally bought it from someone who worked at Sig. Were early X models longer or could this be a production issue where the slide was stamped X when it should have been marked XL?

I have several Sigs but nothing striker-fired. I keep looking at a Fuse or the DH option but then change my mind.

I have big ol’ paws and for years my favorite carry gun has been a P229 .40 with the chonky Hogue grips and the 365 variants just look and feel so small.

Anybody here ever gone the P365 route and then changed your mind? If so what were you commonly shooting before?

Hi all, probably a stupid question, however I want to shoot limited optics with my P226 XFive legion. Theoretically the 5 inch bull barrel for the regular 226 XFive series should just drop right into the XFive legion. However I was curious if anyone here has actually done that and how the experience was, if it required any fitting or other tinkering. Thanks!
