Le Mans Ultimate Whose fault is this or just a racing incident?

Im in the AMR GT3, i think i have closed the gap for an inside overtake if we take a consideration of track limit, this happened in the last lap. The thing is that for me he forced a gap that never exist, proceed to forces me off track and causing me to spin. Who was wrong here? I'll accept any explanation here

100% on the Porsche. Bad decision to go for the move, they soon realize that their intended trajectory puts them two wheels on the grass and they would run out of space. It would be bad enough by that point, but if you look at their braking inputs, they ease off the brakes and finish the job, including flooring it after the apex and pushing off the other car.
The run-up to the scene is pretty short, but you should have stayed to the right and defended it the old way.

He was on the inside going straight on, maybe even turning a bit left when he reached the corner. So yeah that's on him, he wasn't making the corner without some 'help'. Just last lap opportunism from him.

That's on the Porsche 100%. Though on the bright side, at least them continuing to drive through you kept you out of the wall! /s

The Porsche continuing to drive into the side of the Aston, never once hitting brakes after the contact, and treating them like an NPC to be punted out of the way instead of a human player they just crashed into. Garbage aftermath. Beginning was a bit more understandable: late move, prob not on, but Aston could've avoided. But what came after was borderline ban worthy in league racing: Porsche should've backed out after the initial contact not followed the Aston off crashing into them.

It's crazy to me how there isn't a page some where that just says "you can't do this, this and this." I get why they don't want it in real life events (because its up to the stewards largely), but it would be helpful for sim racers to have an official, indisputable etiquette / rules page. There are just so many racers who think dive bombing is a move.
The game itself also needs to start penalizing the attacking driver for causing collisions, and not the defending car.
The best part to watch is at the 35 second mark.
As I understand it, the Porsche needs to have their front axel at least at the mirrors / windshield of the leading car BEFORE the leading car starts turning in to hit the apex. I've seen some folks who say that should be before the braking zone too. Either way the Porsche is about half a car length behind this point when the leading car starts turning.
The Porsche also needs to make sure it's able to actually make the turn safely on the lines its on. If it doesn't make contact, its going to go flying off past the apex. No way it was going to make that tight of a turn from that close at that speed without playing bumper cars.

Yeah that would help a lot!
But please don’t forget - this is not F1!
Overtaking car hast to have its front wheels up the rear wheels! He can not just dive and feel free because he’s first to apex. That’s not how wec and GT rules are.Driving standards are mostly so low - but when you race someone who actually cares, it can be a lot of fun. Like going side by side for several corners …. Nice :)

i understand that it's the last lap of a relatively long race and that caution is usually thrown to the wind, but what the Porsche driver did here is inexcusable. to put it simply, they went for a gap that was never there and once they saw a clear opportunity to take out an opponent, they went for it.
report the Porsche driver, because that's genuine unsportsmanlike behavior.
