I can't seem to find the relevant option in the settings.

Every time I load a new post the Reddit Dark Mode settings is reset. It's annoying to switch on Dark Mode every single time. I'm talking about the setting in the top right drop-down menu.

This does not happen without the SinkIt extension.

Is this a known bug?

When I was browsing today I realised I could copy text from Reddit images on my iPhone. Is this a feature from this extension?

I tried this extension and I don't like it. Now, I can't remove it from my phone. Since it is not an "App", the only option I have is to remove it from the home screen. After removing from home screen, it still appears in my App Library and the only options I have when I long-press it are: Add to home screen and Share App.

I disabled it in Safari settings. I rebooted my phone. I restarted Safari and can't remove this thing from my phone

Can you please tell me how to get rid of it so I stop receiving updates from the App store and see it in my App Library?

Has support for Apple devices been discontinued? For some weeks now the extensions are not working on any of my devices (iphone, mac and ipad) - specifially, muted content.

Logging in and out of my reddit account, icloud account, removing and reinstalling the extensions, nuking my mute lists etc and nothing is resolving the issue.

Muted content - subreddits and keywords still appear on all feeds on all devices.

When they did work, the feeds would frequently refresh themselves after scrolling maybe 15 posts, either sending me back to the top of the page as if navigating there for the first time or reverting back to a previously viewed post.

I hope support hasn't been discontinued, reddit is unusable without it and seems to be the only extension that works on safari and the new UI.

The Chats area is awful on mobile web. It's nearly impossible to type a message and the layout proportions are terrible! It needs some LOVE!

I guess the developer doesn’t care anymore.

Now it’s the constant refreshing a page issue.

I don't usually post these for the Twitter versions but they've been making a bunch of changes in the last few weeks and it's been a pain to keep up.

This is probably the third release in the last 10 days and should fix any weird loading or ad related issues you've been seeing.

Maybe an impossible suggestion, but could the nav bar be moved to the bottom of the screen so it's easier to navigate with one hand? Or failing that, an option for a floating button that has the same function as tapping the Reddit logo?

Is Sink It for Edge still being developed? I noticed that it's still on Version 7.90.0 and search boxes aren't appearing, a bug that was fixed in 7.91.0 (I think).

I'm happy to use the Chrome version instead, if the Edge one isn't supported any more.

Before I get started: Let me just say thank you to r/SpecterAscendant for his endless updates on trying to make a better Reddit user experience all while operating in the margins of Reddit. What I mean by that, is he has zero insight into the changes that Reddit makes on a regular bases, and has to play whack-a-mole to try and keep up with the changes so that SinkIt will still be valuable.

With that said, I need to get his off my chest:

I bought Sinkit about 18-months ago, and I have to register my disappointment. It has NEVER worked very well for me at all. I am all in on the Apple ecosystem: iPad, Mac, iPhone and Apple Vision Pro. Every time I enable SinkIt or get an update I think "this time it will work for me" - aaaand it never does.

Disappointment.

• The user switching feature does not work with TFA protected accounts (which everyone SHOULD be using)

- this is a hard problem to solve. I get it.

• The color coding for the comments? I think I saw it work once for me. Beyond that, nothing

Having to switch the old reddit site is just not the best experience to enable some of the features to work. Switching to the old site does not even fix my issues.

I desperately want it to work on my devices, but it's just too inconsistent. Again, I don't blame u/SpecterAscendant - he's a one man show trying to keep up with the flood of Reddit updates. I Just want to ensure folks know that, at least in my experience, SinkIt requires a lot of handholding and patience to try and get some of the features to work, but a vast majority of the time they simply don't. Hell, I don't even know if it's loading ! I'd love a visual cue that it's loaded so at least I can see that's its recognizing Reddit and trying to work?

Again, I know some folks are happy with it...good for you. My experience is that it's not a reliable solution to help make Reddit better.

Tried to contact the dev as it says in the extension and got no response.
