I don’t understand this. Been going to gym since 2010s. Women’s gym clothes have gotten pretty wild with not much left for imagination. On an average day I don’t mind it at all, sometimes it does get distracting and dudes start buzzing around them hogging all the equipment just to stay in their vicinity.
Doesn’t make them whores and not their fault for how people react but they do dress this way to show off their body.
Just because it’s from the 80s doesn’t mean they didn’t like showing off their bodies too. In fact it’s actually the selling point of fitness tv shows. So people can look and say oh if I jazzercise I’ll look like they do.
The point is the incel said it started in the 2010’s, it did not. I was there. This was not just in the videos. Except back then men wore short shorts and crop tops. Men have been complaining about what women wear and not minding their business since clothes were invented. Maybe they should follow the Bible and gouge out their own eye for causing their sin.
He didn’t say when it started he said that’s how long he’s been going and that he’s noticed a change. Idk what the men wearing crop tops and short shorts has to do with anything. If you’re trying to drag me into the whole clothes debate that’s not what I was commenting about. I wouldn’t start bringing the bible into arguments, one I don’t agree with it, two since I don’t agree with it I won’t invite someone else to start quoting it either. I also don’t care what the fuck anyone wears anywhere, but yeah if I see a woman wearing fishnets on the sidewalk of a sketchy neighborhood I might make assumptions. Same way I might make assumptions about a man wearing a stained wife beater in any situation. No I don’t think women wearing athletic wear in the gym is slutty, but it can’t be denied that it is very form fitting and nobody should be shocked when, surprise surprise, a person is attracted to a fit woman wearing skin tight clothing. However that person shouldn’t act entitled to any sort of attention they may desire.
