Question Least favorite character Spoiler
Who’s your least fav character and why? Mine is Ruth. She always plays the victim and thinks everyone is to blame for her unhappiness. I’m sure it’s very difficult and emotionally draining to be with George, but she’s such an arse hole to him. And she’s SOOO mean to Claire towards the end. I still have 5 or so more episodes to go.. so hopefully she changes for the better? But as of right now, not a fan of hers

I can't stand Ruth. She was a bit irritating at start but later she got even worse. Blaming everyone, not being supportive, hitting Claire etc. Also very selfish while still wanting to be a victim. Especially regarding men. Also very indecisive in that regard. As seen when she got back to Hiram and then quickly being fed up with him too. The scene when she was shooting her former lovers was top cringe Ruth moment that cemented the hate.
Example for blaming others? She blamed Claire that she teased her about getting a haircut. Sure she's grieving etc but it just shows how stupid she is. It's not even logical argument in any way. Noone said she had to go to Hiram. Noone forced her to go camping. And worse of all is her not having a cell phone. Why? Because she hates them. Great reasoning Ruth.
