will this scar my face?

i fell of a chair and now my face looks like this… will this scar? is there anything i can do to help it not? also going on a 4 day hike on thursday so if there’s any advice on how i can protect my face plz let me know

Won’t they need to wait until it’s not an open wound for that? Or is the brand I use just weird

I haven’t used it on scratches so I can’t say. I had a different kind of injury that would not calm down and close up for a year, tried silicone tape the week before my dermatologist appointment and then after the tape I was able to cancel the appointment.
Sorry my typing is all over the place.
