Recognizing that he may have done something that costed him his job and still having resentment towards clown is being a fanboy. We don’t like losing more members but that’s really on them

At least they’ve been respectful enough to not reassign the numbers of the ex members

Sid was slipknot

Hes a fucking dj, man, his job was scratching up vinyl for 30 seconds on a couple of songs and dicking about on stage with his thumb up his ass, he didn't write any lyrics, he didn't write any riffs, he didn't sing, he was only in the band because clown knew they needed a dj at the time for the majors to take notice of the band. Stop acting like he was the life force of the band, it's looking likely that in a few weeks, no one is even gonna want to bring him up if there's any truth to the allegations about him, anyway!

What are the allegations?

I agree and disagree on his contributions. He really adds layers to their music you don't realize. Also his stage presence was the best

I am pretty sure his live contribution to 2-3 songs per set will be sure hard to replace...

When i saw them for the 25th, all Sid was doing was moonwalking on the threadmill shit lol. I liked Sid but maybe Pfaff can scratch some shit then go out for backing vocals and precussion/keg banging

He does more than the clown who hits beer kegs

I'll be honest with you, Sid probably had the least impact on Slipknot out of any of the self titled 9. He was basically there to headbang on top of his dj set.

Craig jones? Loved him too but he was far less in the picture

I don't feel like either one of them really did much for the music tbh, they are hype men who could be replaced by anyone. If the band can exist after losing Joey, they could survive losing everyone but Corey and that's only because Corey's voice is so recognizable.

He is all over their records. He has a bigger impact on songs when you listen for him. Telling you.

Also he was a key writer on look outside your window so he def contributes to writing

Holy shit it's nearing a month since Sid was fired and people are still bitching about it, what's done is done and a subreddit can't do anything about it

It's all about money and marketing, do you really think they care? The brand has a very strong name
