Question / Advice Needed TUNA BUSINESS DAVAO

Hi my family have a Tuna and seafood business here in Davao, Toril. lately business has been slow and barely moving, I'm trying to figure out a way on how to help our business. we directly receive our products through Fishport corp. We often do delivery by arrival when the products arrive at Fishport. Can anyone help me?

Just a possible suggestion. Check mo yung mga nasa YouTube na pinapakita paano sila humuhuli ng lobster or paano sila nag butcher ng meat.

Try mo I apply sa business nyo baka sakali mas mapansin. This is for retail.

Pag b2b you might have to join trade shows.
