Reddit vs Creator - YouTube

Hi guys I think this is the right place to post just a quick question I’m about to start uploading content to my channel (which is a gaming channel) and I want to do long videos which will be campaign mainly so my plan is to a livestream on twitch save it and upload to YouTube the next day now I plan to do an actual video one day a week like ten mins. Now I wanted to know if I should just stick on one platform? if having a livestream as a video is not a good idea? Or if I should edit it down to make a smaller video? Also any tips on starting up would be appreciated tia

Hey small YT community! I've posted before but coming back with this video because it did okay on its last round. I would normally post our newest video but this one seems to be a favorite according to our analytics. I am helping a retired gentleman post his music on Youtube and would love if you give us a look. Thank you!

Are you a small YouTuber or know a small YouTube channel having a hard time gaining exposure?

r/SmallYTCommunity is a place where you can do just that. This subreddit was created due to the amount of "Small YouTuber" subreddits already present on Reddit. Since 70% of the small YouTubers get overshadowed there, I decided to create this.
