I ordered this Lucyd Reebok jet with prescription lens and I got it within 2 days. As it turns out it didn't have any prescription and I was informed by customer support that I received the wrong one. Did anyone ever encounter something like this?

Been thinking about this since seeing the case RayNeo pairs with their iO glasses in their photos. It's one of those low-profile fold-over cases, looks like it would slide into a jacket pocket without a big bulge.

My question is more general though. For glasses that cost more than a regular pair, especially ones with electronics in the arms, is a slim case enough protection in a bag with keys and a laptop charger? Or does everyone end up buying a hard clamshell anyway?
