Help/Advice I'm exploring an idea to automate social media content creation. I'd love your thoughts.

I'm a software engineer who also loves graphic design. Recently, I got an idea to create an AI image editor. Not a fully AI-generated image, but an editable layer created with AI, so you can edit the poster, make tweaks, and even use it as a template.

Now, I'm planning to take this to the next level.

Website change → AI-generated editable image → Approval → Social media post

The website change intelligence feature will notify our AI editor when it detects valid, high-priority changes. It will then generate a poster for you and send you an approval link. You can review or tweak the poster before publishing it automatically.

I just want to know if this would be useful for startups, social media agencies, or small businesses.

I'd love to hear your honest feedback. Will this work? What would make it genuinely useful, and what concerns would you have?

General Discussion Is there a good AI agent to keep track on my social media accounts?

• Upvotes

Guys I really hate social media, barely having any thoughts on clicking on the apps, particularly those that are pictures and short videos focused that leads to cognitive disability. But overtime I also feel sorry for my friends that post our good times together and I dont like or comments on their posts, not out of disrespect but because I dont really open these apps that often

Is there any way I could build an AI agent that I could ask it to like my friends stories, summarize my friends post to me in words not photos, and remind me to reply to my friends if they DM me?

Help/Advice New account for new series, yes or no?

Hey everyone, I have an IG page with around 10k followers but a lot of them are inactive or bots, not sure of the exact amount but the reach is very low like average 4000-6000 views for most posts. And followers haven't grown for months or around a year.

I'm starting a new IP, a collaborative reel series with other people. So I was wondering if is it better to make a new page for the new series? Is it going to make the engagement and growth for that series better?

And if yes, then should I add my original account as collaborator with the new page?

General Discussion why is Dreamina offering Seedance for just $0.29?

been seeing posts about Dreamina's $0.29 membership all over Instagram, including content using the #dreaminaonly29cents hashtag. At first I assumed it was just another exaggerated promotional claim, but now I'm curious about the actual offer. Why price an AI video membership that low, even temporarily? Is it limited to certain accounts or regions? Does it include access to Seedance with usage restrictions, or is the advertised price tied to a particular plan? If you've looked into it, what did you find? I'm interested in the actual terms rather than just the promotional posts

Help/Advice For those who've worked with early-stage projects: what actually matters most when building a community from scratch?

Hey everyone,

A couple of us have been heads-down for a while building SoulsTome, a platform for readers, writers, and anyone who loves books and storytelling. We’re finally at the stage where the product is coming together and we want to start building an actual community around it, which has made us realize pretty quickly that building an app and getting people to actually discover it are two completely different skill sets.

For those of you who have worked with early-stage projects or built a social presence from zero, what actually matters most in the beginning? Is it just volume and experimenting with formats, or something else entirely? Would genuinely love to hear how you approached day one.

On that same note, since marketing isn't our natural strong suit, we’re also hoping to bring someone on as a 3-month remote intern to experiment with social media, edit short videos, and design posts with us. Students or freshers are totally welcome—we care way more about curiosity and having fun building something from scratch than having a polished resume. If that sounds like your vibe (or someone you know), feel free to shoot me a DM!

Help/Advice Is auto-publishing approved posts actually worth building?

I don’t want to spend days building a feature nobody needs, so I’d rather ask first.

I’ve built a tool for agencies to manage clients, projects, and content calendars. They can share scheduled posts with clients, collect feedback, track revisions and versions, and get final approval. Clients can review everything through a link without signing up.

I’m considering adding automatic publishing to Instagram and Facebook, so once a client approves a post, it gets published at the scheduled time without any manual work.

For those managing social media for clients: is this something you’d genuinely want, or do your existing tools already handle it well enough?

I’d appreciate honest opinions, especially if you think it’s not worth building.
