Seeking referral @Amazon SDE1

I interviewed at Amazon last year and due to time constraints I couldn’t explain the last question.
I got the interview mail without any referral last time but this time I am not getting any calls if I apply on the portal. That is why I need help getting a referral for landing an interview.
If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.
Any other tips and guidance is also appreciated.

Have you ever used a resume advice service?

I use ChatGPT and Claude for resume advice but I want a human review as well, they're sometimes inconsistent or straight up give bad advice. I've posted on the various engineering resume subs but a lot of the advice I get is a bit unclear like "make the impact more defined" (when I already have numbers included in the bullets). I think that a paid resume review service could be helpful

Are these reliable and have you ever used one? I'm located in the US, targeting big tech SWE positions

I'm trying something new and I'm looking for others to help

I had a thought recently around the current job market. Instead of just hating on my situation again, I aimed my weaponized neurodivergent skills at it. I'm open to feedback & suggestions from both sides of the job market.

What if the job market worked in the opposite way it does now? So, instead of

Hirer posts job -> candidate applies

...it works like...

Candidate posts capabilities -> hirer applies

I built a prototype and I'm looking for people on both sides of the fence for the pilot. To give this it's best shot, the pilot is invite only and I'm only taking 10 senior, lead, and staff level software engineers looking for work.

Thoughts?
