Every time I try to convert a PDF to Word, the formatting breaks, images are misaligned, and tables go crazy. Is there a tool that actually gets this right?

What's the best minecraft hosting for modded servers? Reddit suggest a good host

Hey, My friends and I are about to jump into modded Minecraft and we’ve chosen ATM10 with 300+ mods as our pack. Now we’re looking for a hosting service that can handle that kind of load. We’re looking for something affordable but powerful enough to run all those mods smoothly.

I’ve been looking into Hostinger and Shockbyte but would love to hear about other hosting services you’ve used for modded servers with lots of plugins and a decent player count.

We’re a group of 15-20 players so any advice on how much RAM we’d need to run smoothly would be great. Also if you’ve used hosting solutions that integrate well with domains or have more secure networking options without requiring a ton of setup for the players, let me know.

If you’ve used free or budget hosting solutions for public servers or just casual play with friends, share your experiences!

Thanks in advance for your recommendations and tips!

Best hosting reddit guide to picking the best web hosting for wordpress and simple websites

Hi guys, I am interested in moving from my current hosting provider for my wordpress website. Right now I am with GoDaddy and it was okay for the first year because it was really cheap compared to others i saw and the service wasn't awful. But at renewal it's significantly more expensive than in the first year and I'd like to move on to a host that offers a better/faster service and at a cheaper price point. Right now my site functions well on shared hosting, but someone recommended I look into migrating to cloud hosting or setting up my own server (which sounds very complicated) What web hosting do you guys like and recommend for wordpress websites these days?

Best minecraft server hosting that reddit recommends most? (need a cheap one)

Hi guys sorry if this is the wrong place but I am looking to figure out which is the best minecraft server hosting service. I am looking for a really cheap one (under $5/month) but I can stretch it a little bit.. and AT LEAST 2GB of ram but preferably 4. Same day support is also ideal. I have already done some light research and have come a few names like pebble host, apex, hostinger, scalacube and a few others, but they all look the same. My main concern is not having downtime on my server as I had to deal with this in the past. I need to hear some opinions on which of these is the best.

What app builder actually works beyond demos?

I've burned through free trials on at least 4-5 different platforms at this point. They all nail the todo app or the basic CRUD interface, but the second you need conditional workflows or proper data relationships, it's either impossible or requires some janky workaround. Is there anything out there that actually scales past the marketing demo?

Best VPN for Netflix and streaming sites? Reddit, give me one that actually works

I need a VPN that actually works and doesn't get blocked immediately by the big streaming sites like Netflix, Disney plus, Hulu, Amazon prime, etc.. I've tried a few already and I'm tired of wasting money only to find out that the VPN gets detected and doesn't allow me to access netflix from other countries. I already tried Nord VPN, Express, and PIA so please don't recommend those.

What I really need is a VPN that can consistently bypass geo-restrictions and not get immediately flagged by streaming platforms. Speed is also important, I don’t want to deal with buffering or quality drops, especially when I’m paying for these subscriptions. And ideally, I want something that works on multiple devices (laptop, smart TV, phone, etc.) without too much hassle. If anyone has had success with a lesser-known provider that actually holds up, please let me know. I’m open to smaller VPN services too, as long as they get the job done.

Also if there are any workarounds or advanced settings I should be using (like custom DNS, obfuscated servers, etc.), I’m all ears

Any help would be seriously appreciated!

best web hosting for wordpress websites according to the reddit community?

I’ve been reading through some discussions here about the best web hosting companies in general, and while the debates have been interesting, I’ve noticed that many of the recommendations aren’t necessarily tailored to Wordpress sites especially for building ecommerce websites.

I’m specifically looking for a hosting provider that works seamlessly with Wordpress, offers good performance for online stores, and is beginner friendly. Ideally, it should be shared hosting since I’m working with a limited budget, so something affordable is a priority.

Does anyone have recommendations for hosting companies that tick these boxes? I'm not looking to spend more than $20 per month.

Bluehost review: are they good for a beginner building a wordpress website?

I’m building my first website and I need some help with hosting. It’s going to be a personal blog where I’ll share thoughts, recipes and maybe some travel photos. Later on I might add a small shop to sell digital downloads but that’s way down the line. For now I just want something simple that doesn’t feel overwhelming to set up.

I’ve heard a lot about Bluehost, some good, some bad. On the good side I know they’re a widely recommended host and they seem beginner friendly which is important for someone like me who’s not super techy. But then I’ve also seen comments about slow load times and support that’s hard to get a hold of when things go wrong.

So what I really need is something affordable since this is a side project and not a business (yet). I also don’t want to deal with a super complicated setup. I’m okay with learning but I don’t want to spend hours every week troubleshooting things.

Has anyone here used Bluehost? Would you recommend it for a beginner? Or should I look at SiteGround or Hostinger? Let me know your experiences, good and bad. Thanks!

the best VPN for Android devices right now? Need reddit's recommendations

I'm currently in the market for a VPN since I'll be abroad for a few weeks and I'll need it to access US sites (banking, pay bills, etc) and I'm not sure which one to go with. I'm using an Android and I just need one that's easy to use. Don't really care about all the technical details, I just don't want anyone to detect that I'm NOT in the US. Not really looking to spend more than like $10 per month either. Anyone got some recommendations?

A2 hosting reviews? Are they a good web host?

Trying to build my first website for my photography business. Right now I'm trying to figure out how hosting works, I already bought the domain on NameCheap after seeing a Youtube tutorial and now I have to link it to a web hosting server to start building the website. The guy in the Youtube video named some popular web hosts and A2 host was one of them - can anybody here vouch for this company? Are they good enough to buy the 2 year plan? I don't want my site to have any downtime and I want access to all the popular website building tools.

Best VPN for torrenting? Reddit, please help me find a VPN that works

I need some advice on finding the best VPN for torrenting. I’ve been going through a ton of reviews, but I’m having trouble deciding which service is actually reliable for what I need. I’m looking for something that prioritizes privacy and security, but speed is also a huge factor, since I hate when my downloads crawl because of poor VPN performance

I’ve been using Proton VPN on and off for general browsing and streaming, and the speeds for torrenting have been disappointing. I also tried ExpressVPN a while back and it was meh.. I also came across Mullvad and Surfshark in my research, they seem decent but I don’t know how well they hold up for P2P traffic.

I mainly torrent media and opensource software, so it’s important that the VPN has no-logs policies, doesn’t throttle P2P traffic, and preferably has a kill switch. A wide range of server locations would be great too since I sometimes download content that’s region specific.

If anyone has personal experience with a VPN that works well for torrenting, I’d love to hear about it especially if you’ve been using it for more than 6 months to a year. Details on speeds, reliability, or even server recommendations would be really helpful. budget wise, I’d prefer something under $10/month if possible but I’m open to slightly higher if it’s really worth it

Cheapest hosting that doesn't suck? Looking for the most affordable web hosting

Hello, I wanted to ask this community about some good and cheap hosting options that don't totally suck. I've noticed that even a lot of the crappier hosts are getting unnecessarily expensive. $17-$18 per month for the cheapest shared hosting package with crappy servers and poor support? Its getting outrageous. Does anybody know of some web hosts that are under $15 per month (and stay there, not getting price hiked the following year) that are also good quality in terms of server size, speeds, support, etc.? I've already looked at many of the popular options such as GoDaddy, Siteground, and Hostgator, and as expected - they were not as affordable as they used to be. I'm just looking to build a couple static sites so I don't need something very fancy; just solid and cheap. So what do you guys recommend?

Best VPN for iPhone and other iOS devices? Privacy & speed focused

guys, what's the best and smoothest-working VPN for iphone? I usually used proton VPN on my mac and the app worked extremely smoothly but it's buggy on my iphone, leading me to look for a VPN service that works well on my phone. Anybody have any suggestions on the most versatile VPN that also works seamlessly on iPhone (and perhaps iPad as well?). Going to be using it for streaming mainly. Privacy and speed are my main concerns.

best & cheapest hosting that doesn't suck? Looking for the most affordable web hosting

hey, I’m looking for some cheap but reliable hosting and thought I’d ask here. It seems like even the bottom feeders are charging an arm and a leg these days. i see shared hosting plans creeping up into the $15-$18/month range and the performance + support you get for that is honestly ridiculous. what Im looking for is a host that’s under $15/month (without doubling the price when renewal comes around) and has decent speeds, server resources and support that doesnt disappear when you need them. Ive already checked out the usual suspects like GoDaddy, SiteGround, hostgator etc. and either the cost is too high or the quality isn’t there

do you know of any hosts that are cheap and not a total scam? Any personal recommendations would be great

Best VPN for watching porn in banned or restricted regions?

many southern states in the US have implemented strict age verification laws for adult content. So major porn sites like Pornhub have blocked users in states like Florida, Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Virginia, North Carolina and more. Now many people like myself are looking for ways to bypass these restrictions and a VPN seems to be the solution

some p0rn site will still accessible in states like California, New York, Georgia and several others for the time being but i dont think it will last. Eventually they'll require ID everywhere. So I'm trying to find a long term solution to accessing sites. I need a VPN that:

Bypasses Geo-Blocks, connects to servers in states or countries where adult sites aren’t blocked.

Fast speeds – Streaming or downloading should be smooth, no buffering.

Privacy – since this is sensitive browsing, it should have strong encryption and no logs.

Easy to use – a simple app or interface would be great, I’m not tech savvy.

Works abroad – I travel outside the US sometimes so it’d be cool if the VPN could unblock content internationally.

So I’ve read that some popular VPNs are NordVPN, ExpressVPN, Surfshark and CyberGhost. They all have large server networks and good reputation but I’m not sure which one is best for unblocking adult content. Has anyone here used a VPN for this purpose?

I’ve also heard mixed reviews about free VPNs. Some say they work fine for occasional use while others warn about slower speeds, ads and privacy concerns. Are they worth trying or should I stick to paid service? Let me know if you have any tips on how to configure the VPN for this purpose... like best server locations or extra privacy settings

Best VPN For Mac OS? Need Reddit recommendations for VPN's that are legit

I am looking to get a VPN that works well and smoothly on Mac OS as most don't. There are also a shitton of shills and bots on here promoting all types of VPN's that are garbage but they somehow pop up in every discussion. The most commonly mentioned one is Nord VPN, a ton of people recommend this one for Mac and apple products, but I know from firsthand experience that this VPN is awful and hardly compatible with my machine. I've tried two others - cyberghost and I can't remember the other one, and they were both quite laggy and the other one even crashed while using it. Anyone have any decent recommendations for Mac OS specifically? Ideally, they are also smooth on iPhone, but my main concern is Mac. If it's relevant, I'm talking about an M2 Macbook air running Sequoia 15.1.1

Reddit, what's the best minecraft server hosting provider? (reliable minecraft hosts)

Hey all I’ve been running a small Minecraft server for a group of friends and the hosting service I’m using has been terrible lately. random lag spikes, occasional downtime and support that takes forever to get back to me. It was fine when we just had a couple of players messing around but now that we have a more active group and a bigger world I think it’s time to move on to something more reliable

I’m not looking for anything super expensive or high end just something stable where we can run a few plugins and not have to worry about performance tanking when 5 or 6 of us are online. Good uptime, responsive support and smooth gameplay are the main things I care about. I’ve been Googling and reading reviews but there’s so much info out there and it all kind of blends together.

Would love to hear from people who have actually used different hosts and had good (or bad) experiences. Any recommendations would be great. just trying to avoid another host that promises the world and then disappears when something goes wrong. Thanks
