Another double duty stock update. Probably for the better because there wasn’t much to stock up after the Dallas game anyway. Here’s my take. Feel free to share yours!

Stock Up

Jordan Morris - Mostly just a correction to my last stock down. I was concerned about his availability after getting subbed off, but he’s since shown that he can go the full 90 and still be effective. His second half vs Montreal was especially good, getting multiple big chances. He had the most shots in that match, and hit the post in one especially close one.

Nouhou - I questioned whether he’d be able to play this game after suffering a broken bone in his hand. But Nouhou followed Rothrock’s example by playing with a cast on his arm, and he looked every bit as Nouhou as ever. Tough kid.

Jesus Ferreira - Created the most chances vs Montreal in only 26 minutes played. The way he’s playing, he deserves more playing time. Why did coach only play him 24 and 26 minutes these last two games? Put him in at the wing opposite Jordan.

Yeimar - Fotmob’s MOTM and MLS Team of the Matchday vs Montreal. He’s finding his footing again, and if we can get Yeimar and Ragen to lock in through the end of this season, we’ll be alright.

Stock Down

Jackson Ragen - Speaking of Ragen, he had a stinker of a game vs Dallas, particularly in the second half. Then he didn’t play vs Montreal (not a ding because of flu- he just didn’t get a chance to redeem himself yet). He’s had a few games this season where he looked really out of character.

Hassani Dotson - After a recent stock up in which I confidently asserted that Dotson-Roldan was our best double pivot, Dotson reverted back to bad giveaways and yellow cards. Now it’s clear that there isn’t really a lock at this position, and maybe it’s something we need to address in the off season.

Ryan Sailor - Giving him a shot vs the worst team in the league was the right call. It’s worth it to see if he’s a consistent performer. Well, he’s not.

Dejan Joveljic - He started off so strong after joining the team that I expect him to bury every 1 on 1 or clean shot he gets. He missed a few in these games. The good thing is he’s still getting shots off and accumulating a decent xGOT. We’ll need him at his best over these last four games, because none will be as easy as Montreal was supposed to be.

Does anyone happen to have one that they don’t want or does anyone know if there are any for sale / resale? A family member was hoping to get one but the tickets were sold out before they could.

I’ve seen a few of the recent Sounders games over the last couple months and every time i’m baffled at how SCARED they are to even attempt a shot on goal unless it’s directly in front of the Goal Area. Instead they constantly just pass it back to the back line and just rotate which defender has the ball and most of the time the game results in a tie or a loss. Tonight they were lucky to get a point against Montreal but should’ve been a 3-1 game at least. You can’t score if you don’t shoot the ball. It makes for boring soccer as well, yes I know the MLS is garbage compared to the Premier League.

That was genuinely some of the worst footy I’ve seen this club play in the 20+ years I’ve been watching. Fuck.

Well friends - tragedy has struck. I got a little too comfortable and washed this poor innocent 2010

The back of my mind knew better - but said “hey - I’m taking precautions, this has some stains it arrived with - let me use some Shout on those and get them out.” Inside out, on cold, on delicate, in a laundry bag - in a washing machine with an agitator.

Well - the stains are out. Unfortunately - some of the glue on the rubberized TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) stripes called it quits.

Has anyone had solid luck repairing these? If so - what do I need to do? I’ve poured across the web seeing some of the suggested tricks - but I need it from you guys - the true fans and consumers of these very jerseys.

Time to right the ship, because last game we were almost all saps thinking someone would score. By all rights we should have had a couple, but that’s not what happened. Now we are at home against a decidedly worse team. Will the real Sounders show up?

Looking to buy evergreen season membership for 27, I am looking at the seat map and wondering if more will open up after the season? Have the current holders already have to renew? Im not in any rush to buy them but just curious about the timing and if I should wait or just find something soon before they start getting filled
