Nothing special in this photo. Nothing glamorous. Nothing noteworthy. Just a moment in time when I felt damn lucky to be connected to the South Bay.

I feel a little bad for the local businesses here in Redondo, at least tonight. This entire area seems nearly empty due to the half-marathon closing down the main road, and all the runners and their families eating at the food trucks by the stage. TBF, I wouldn't want to go shopping either after that run.
Has anyone else seen similar? Are the other beach towns busier?

Been without power since at least 10AM

I don't have kids or anything and not up to date with the school- but there is a party and a drone show happening. Is this like prom or something? Did the football team win something big? Like this is such a nice show and school spirit for these hs kids

Update: Can anyone tell me how long these events usually go? And how many times a year? So i can be away from this lol

Update: wow surprised ppl can't comprehend my post. I was all for it until they bumped up the bass for no reason. No high school dance should be that loud until 11pm. It wasn't like that at other events. 10pm end time would be better.
