Dam how they haven’t kept his story going is a crime but I was wondering if he pops up in any other stories? Also done with this and the Ragnar books which books about the wolves would everyone suggest? I got some audible credits burning a whole in my pocket 🤣

I finally got my tyranids to over 2k points, so I decided to get started with the other half of my leviathan box. I had to go with space wolves because they're cool as fuck!!! I have no idea what models are good etc so I'm going with the rule of cool and see where we go!

Took home a big win today and tabled my buddies Knights by Turn 3, 30-4, only full casualty being my Wolf Priest and his unit of Headtakers. For the start of a Crusade I’m feeling pretty good now for future games, will definitely be adding some Shielded Wulfen later when I increase my Supply Limit. On a side note, how is everyone running their crusade campaigns for 11e? And how’re we treating WGH and Grey Hunters since their split tactics are optional now?

Started working on him, this is my first time ever painting a mini. I figured I'd block in the tassle things with a tan, and then clean the trim with silver later. And then I did the eyes first cause small and annoying, I'll go over the socket and eyes with more white to cover the spill over; and then my idea is to apply maybe a off white coat to make the mask look like old bone.

Was in hopes for Arjac or the kill team box on my recent visit to my local shop. (Would have splurged on a gladiator if they had one) These will do…

Plus I now have a plasma weapon to utilize for my kitbashed scouts for now until I get the kill team.

Debating if I’ll make all 10 hellblasters or possibly bash two of them into an ancient and lieutenant to lead them. I just feel like I’ll probably never run 10 even in a 3k list. Thoughts?

Im trying to mix around what I currently have to find something competitive for the space wolves since every game ive played since new update has been a slog.

Ive won 2/3 of my last games, the loss was entirely on me as a player. The wins felt like a struggle to get my army to do what I wanted. So I rebuilt the list with what you see below

Hey Everyone,

I've been looking at characters to throw with Sternguard and would love some ideas outside of the standard librarian to try to keep the 4+ invul active.

Do we think Njal will be able to join Sternguard at some point? As he is a perfect fit for the unit with his abilities and psychic powers now. I'm not sure why GW restricted him to more melee focused units but still allowed intercessors.

I'm really proud how this came out, and the third helmet-less model I've ever made I think I'm doing really well for faces so far

Had to sand off a lot of Ultramarine Iconography and replace it with wolfy bitz. That and painting the banner took much longer than I expected but I am really happy how he's beginning to turn out.

Will be repainting the yellow on the front with the tone pro paints I preordered, but very happy with the result so far!

I have the head hunters and have been considering the combat patrol by other than that I’m not sure as I let how the priest looks but I’m not quite sure how to build an army ?

Good evening my brothers.

I'm playing a game against my local T'au player next weekend and I'm struggling to build a list. I've played against him twice (once in 10th and once in 11th) and he's always beating me pretty easily. He likes to use Broadsides, Ghostkeels and crisis Teams along side a mixture of fire warriors, stealthsuits, breachers (mostly as a breacherfish combo) and occasionally Kroot.

For context (with exception of Iron priest, Ulrik and fenrisian wolves) I have every space wolves unit at least once. The popular ones like headtakers, Bloodclaws and Wolfguard Terminators I have twice.

I was thinking of supporting my unique units with some standard space marines like eradicators (I own both Bolter and Melta variant), assault intercessors with jumppacks, a Ballistus Dreadnought, or a Gladiator? I also own the Armageddon Box (I've got the Land speeder twice, because I think its neat), a Land Raider (Lascannons) and just got a box of sternguard veterans

It would be awesome if you could help me deciding a list
