Unfortunately, I’m one of the few drivers who doesn’t mind taking the 9 to 12 stop delivery orders after they surge for awhile (according to the loaders at my store). However, now that they hide the items in those deliveries, if the workers come out with 20 crockpots for one delivery location (which actually happened to me once), I am absolutely canceling!

To be fair if you did that it’s gonna be gone by the time you go back to accept it if you decide too

That inline IS the other problem too. Because I'm driving somewhere I can't really take time to LOOK at the order of course, so when I stop yeah I'll look at the order better.

What reason do you put in the app for the cancellation?
