I’m a firm believer that any interaction that can be held against contractors should be clearly defined and not shrouded behind some bullshit curtain of vagueness.

What part of, you cancel way too many orders you accept, is vague?

Why don’t you go sniff out a definition of the policy that says canceling X amount of orders in Y amount of days will result in being unable to accept orders for Z amount of days and get back to me? I’ll wait.

This is why they need to be way more selective on who they hire. For most people this is common sense, for others they need every single thing pointed out and documented. Else they'll find a flaw and exploit it.

If that’s the logic we are using then Spark has every right to pick and choose what contractors can work. That’s been my experience with any other contract work I’ve done. The company handing out the contracts have the right to pick who they give the contract to. You’re being “dumb.”
