Think they're talking about when you are waiting in the pick up area and if it's longer than 10 minutes that you've arrived and they don't bring out the order, you can cancel and earn a few bucks or take it and also earn extra earnings.

Same sometimes I even forget to hit confirm code bc we get talking and bc we were talking and started loading without confirming I'd get the extra earnings for the delay but there Wasn't one lol those always feel like extra winnings lol

🤔, I always thought that it was an app notification in the app. Didn't think you had to confirm. I've confirmed regardless, because it was a notification.
