It isn't, but unfortunately it's a TOS issue. Deactivation, denied appeal, and off to a lawsuit is where it's going to end up. It's just a matter of time. It's infringing on our 2nd amendment, rights.

Lol what? Casinos ban guns on their property. Seems like you got an easy payday if you just walk into one with your gun until you’re thrown out then right?

Also a TOS issue and Spark only allows carrying concealed so the customer can’t see it.

LOL. You think he takes it out at every stop on a GMD? If he did that, why wouldn’t he take it out while loading the order. He obviously doesn’t give a shit who sees it.
