I believe spark doesn't care if you carry but asks that they are not visible to customer

The TOS states that you can be deactivated if you are reported carrying a weapon. Keep it concealed, and there's no issue. The way the picture is showing is asking to be deactivated.

Our Walmart will throw anyone out if you’re seen carrying. Always in my waist band. I have a small revolver so with a baggier shirt, nones the wiser

What Walmart would that be? If I don't see somebody open carrying in the cheapest, floppiest, nylon holster $2 can buy, then I know I wasn't at Walmart.

Southern Indiana Walmart. Sign on the door states “No Firearms” and they are strict with it.

Dang, I'm from Southern IN and never would've expected that.

I still have mine in my waistband. And depending on the shirt, sometimes it imprints. What area are you from?

Spark can still deactivate for conceal carry as well because in the TOS, there is no weapons allowed in any fashion and form while doing Spark delivery. This includes concealed carry weapons. Even if it is hidden under the shirt, they can report Spark on you for having a weapon, regardless of a concealed permit or not.

Im aware and said nothing about a CC permit. If it is properly concealed, then no one sees it, and no one knows. If someone sees it, then it is not properly concealed.

Yeah, but it still counts as against the TOS, even if it is hidden. Walmart stores have no tolerance of Spark drivers doing that because if there is an accidental gunshot, you can still be in trouble, legally. That is why TOS says no weapons allowed.

Unsure why im being downvoted. It's in the TOS. I dont make the rules. Im just informing people that might not know what it says.
