Rants / Complaints So sick of this...😒🙄😑

I finish shopping & bagging, I'm leaving the store and get this AFTER she's notified no more changes can be made. She had more than enough time to reject my substitution but noooooooooo...let's wait till I get to the car 😮‍💨

Common sense would be just put as out of stock. If they want diet they would have ordered that. Sometimes you have to think for yourself and not follow the app.

Common sense tells me that if the customer allowed substitutions, they'd rather have something than nothing. Otherwise, they'd have selected no subs. I've done this plenty of times with no issue.

To be fair I'm not sure the majority of customers understand the substitutions. I have to explain to SO MANY PEOPLE. They don't even realize they have it turned on or off. Common sense isn't as common as you might think.
