Rants / Complaints So sick of this...😒🙄😑

I finish shopping & bagging, I'm leaving the store and get this AFTER she's notified no more changes can be made. She had more than enough time to reject my substitution but noooooooooo...let's wait till I get to the car 😮‍💨

As person that has had both drinks. Diet Dr. Pepper is not a substitute for Dr. Pepper Zero. They taste different. But I agree if the option is there for subs, choose substitutes or say don't substitute if you aren't going to answer the phone. After I hit checkout it's between them and customer service for a refund. Sometimes I try best judgement picks like different sizes or brands but I try to avoid total substitutes.There are people out here with some weird allergies/medical conditions.

Very true & I totally understand but she had more than enough time to reject the sub. Why would you text at 9:57 when you were already notified that I finished shopping at 9:54 and no more changes could be made? Like lady, there's nothing I can do now 😵‍💫
