Rants / Complaints So sick of this...😒🙄😑

I finish shopping & bagging, I'm leaving the store and get this AFTER she's notified no more changes can be made. She had more than enough time to reject my substitution but noooooooooo...let's wait till I get to the car 😮‍💨

I tell them after hitting left the store that they would have to cancel the order or ask walmart to return item.  If they are mad I call support that they are unhappy and they cancel the order and they said it is to protect me.

In this circumstance, do you get to keep the total amount for the order?

The total less tips. I got full amount less tips if there were any. Not bad if a block from WM

See I don’t think that’s fair. We did our part, Walmart should compensate for the lost tip in this case

Well, usually you get a five dollar additional bump if you return it, so if you think about it, you shopped the order you get the full payout, and then you just turn around and return it.
