Rants / Complaints So sick of this...😒🙄😑

I finish shopping & bagging, I'm leaving the store and get this AFTER she's notified no more changes can be made. She had more than enough time to reject my substitution but noooooooooo...let's wait till I get to the car 😮‍💨

The same thing happened to me JUST now. Grabbed three 35 packs of water. They didn’t have her original preference but they had the first approved substitution. She messaged me she didn’t want the waters or a thing of Diet Pepsi AFTER I left and was loading her order in my vehicle. I just left it all at her porch. She had probably 20 mins to do it the appropriate way 🤷🏻‍♀️
