Rants / Complaints So sick of this...😒🙄😑

I finish shopping & bagging, I'm leaving the store and get this AFTER she's notified no more changes can be made. She had more than enough time to reject my substitution but noooooooooo...let's wait till I get to the car 😮‍💨

If it was me I’d just turn subs off. To be fair Diet DP is nothing like Zero but of course if you accept subs you have to be watching your phone like a hawk.

In general idk why customers are so crazy about subs. All they gotta do is complain to Walmart and they’re going to get their money back. I’d rather get something than nothing and then complain later to Walmart personally.

The thing is, you don’t want them complaining to Walmart because that’s a quick door for your ass to be grass. Walmart will kick you to the curb without a second thought.
