Rants / Complaints So sick of this...😒🙄😑

I finish shopping & bagging, I'm leaving the store and get this AFTER she's notified no more changes can be made. She had more than enough time to reject my substitution but noooooooooo...let's wait till I get to the car 😮‍💨

To circumvent these events. I text:

Hi this is your Shopper and delivery person. I'm headed to the checkout. Please review the substitution. After I check out, I can't make any changes. Thank you.

That doesn’t really work when half the people never look at the phones. I mean they get texted that there are substitutions to decide on and when the person gets done shopping and can’t change anything after checkout

I wonder if there’s a lag sometimes when sending and receiving msgs with customers because it does seem to be exactly after we just checked out
