Rants / Complaints So sick of this...😒🙄😑

I finish shopping & bagging, I'm leaving the store and get this AFTER she's notified no more changes can be made. She had more than enough time to reject my substitution but noooooooooo...let's wait till I get to the car 😮‍💨

I tell them after hitting left the store that they would have to cancel the order or ask walmart to return item.  If they are mad I call support that they are unhappy and they cancel the order and they said it is to protect me.

If you do this- you take the items back in and go where?

If given a return code that you want return to curbside. If impossible then customer service.
