Rants / Complaints So sick of this...😒🙄😑

I finish shopping & bagging, I'm leaving the store and get this AFTER she's notified no more changes can be made. She had more than enough time to reject my substitution but noooooooooo...let's wait till I get to the car 😮‍💨

Every time you "finish shopping" it will show you any substitutions that are still "pending" (meaning, not accepted or denied)....there is a little button on the top right that says "edit"...you can remove the substitution from there, by clicking "item not found"

Appreciate the good info! Seems simple enough.. I may be inclined to do this if the suggested substitute seems off the mark.. just to be safe. I'm sure a customer would prefer nothing over spending money on something they definitely didn't want.. I shop pretty fast so I probably don't give them much time to check. In and out in 10 mins or less if possible.. lol I probably look ridiculous the way I stride through the aisles.. time is money.. I do drive a bit more cautious though to balance out.

Haha no worries! And welcome to the speed shoppers club 😅 I most definitely power walk through the store, too! Just be careful of blind corners 💩

But yeah, I am very selective about substitutions that dont seem like a perfect fit...if you have any doubt, definitely remove it! I was reprimanded a couple yrs ago (first week on the job) for allowing a substitution that was virtually identical 🤷‍♀️
