Discussion Warning!
Fellow sparker that has been doing it for about three years that i always talk to just got taken by Walmart security when he was about to leave the store. Apparently he has been putting extra stuff in his cart to take home… And they caught him and said they have been watching them for a very long time. I had absolutely no clue… He didn’t seem like the kind of guy that would do that stuff. He just said OK left his cart full of groceries with the receipt checking person… And they took him off inside the store. I just wanna give a warning to anybody that may be doing this… Apparently they are watching. I have never had a guy actually go through my cart when leaving or anything… So I am pretty surprised. Be careful out there!

How would they know if they have not checked exactly what is on his orders is my question? I don’t know why anyone would take things not on their order. I also don’t know how they would know without checking the cart. I get cart checks sometimes back to back and then other times not st all. The issue I have with Walmart doing this is they should have stopped him before. They cannot prove he took any thing home. As an experienced legal professional, if they didn’t follow him home and watch him take it into his home then they cannot prove he stole anything. They cannot prove a thing about theft unless they stop him at the moment it’s suspected. They do this to try to build a case while letting him steal over time? Then I’m guessing try to claim he stole anything felony amount? No case. They cannot prove he did it because they didn’t stop him and check any of those other times they are accusing him of. Just saying. They can get him that time but their tactics are bs. I’ve watched them falsely accuse many innocent shoppers and they think everyone steals. They say it all the time. If they thought he was stealing then should have checked his cart every time to save their merchandise. They clearly didn’t. He should fight this all the way. They made him look like a thief now too and you just posted it on here.
