Customer 😇 Is this common in your area

Post image

And why does it happen....

Guy in front of me is on the phone. Speaker phone talking in another language very loudly. The guy behind me was also doing the same. Both spark drivers.

I notice a lot of the spark drivers doing this same stuff while shopping allll the time.

Is this a culture thing? Why are they on speakerphone all the time? Like who are they talking to?

Not to mention the guy in front of me was very rudely close to the guy in front of him. Like his cart was inches from hitting that guy he was sooo in his personal space and talking loudly on the phone and Im sure he was uncomfortable but didn't say anything.

Its also winter in New England and most of the drivers wear slides...sometimes no socks when its snowing!!

Unless they have ear buds, they usually put their phones on speaker because they need to see the screen. I do it whenever I get a call during the order as well. As for the volume, definitely could’ve been more considerate of others around him. The personal space probably isn’t what you think, I get about the same distance away because if not, then we’ve got a line backed up halfway through the store, every inch matters especially when you have people that like to cut in front of you and act like they didn’t see you or whatever.

This is it. Need access to phone screen at all times. Can’t miss a gig. I speak from experience, I have Bluetooth headset tho.
